Mike Mancini

I started my career with State Farm in 2014. I found a passion for helping family with life insurance, and that's when I knew I wanted to be an Agent. I opened my Agency in 2016, and my passion for helping people has only grown.

I opened my office in Monroe, WI in October of 2016 and my wife and I bought our first home shortly after. That year, Erin completed her nursing degree. We chose Monroe, and Green County, because we both fell in love with the Square. During the time I spent working with another Agent, I challenged myself to become very familiar with State Farm's Farm / Ranch policy to better serve the customers in our new community, and the extra protection farmers need for life insurance and disability insurance. We have three little girls, Gwendolyn, Liliette, and Margot.

My team and I believe in having a comprehensive insurance program for all of our customers. Auto insurance -- and with snow on the horizon, don't forget about your snowmobiles -- homeowner's insurance -- like renter's insurance, homeowner's policies, or rental property insurance -- as well as income protection plans utilizing life insurance and health insurance policies. My belief in being able to help people with their unique situations lead me to pursue and be awarded my ChFC Designation. I was awarded my Designation on 1 July 2023, and having this extra knowledge allows me to help people with everything from getting started on retirement plans to complex plans.

When I am away from the office, I love to be outside. I am an avid outdoorsman. I love to bow hunt, and I love bird hunting with Erin and our labs Duke and Griff (short for Griffindor). Griff comes to the office when he's not out chasing pheasants and retrieving ducks, and makes sure the chairs the office retain an appropriate level of "comfy". We look forward to introducing all three of our girls to the outdoor lifestyle as well. I absolutely LOVE to cook, especially wild game, so if you ever need a recipe, let me know.

WE HAVE MOVED: our NEW office location is 1505 9th St, Monroe, WI. We are between Lahman Chiropractic, the old Stop n Go, and are across the street from the Monroe Public Library!
